Central Washington Chateau

This central Washington chateau is truly a contemporary "Maryhill Mansion" North. The similarities with Samuel Hill's famous structure 90 miles south are numerous. It is the largest and most ornate of all projects Miller & Miller Construction has been involved in. Its' 27,000 square feet incorporate palatial scale millwork details, imported carved marble fireplace & over mantel sculptures, centralized refrigeration system for apprx 16 cabinetry incorporated refrigeration locations through out the property, attached greenhouse, formal rose garden, exquisite private office, den and theater spaces as well as home automation & lighting control systems. Completed by Ken Miller in 2000, the home was selected and published as a uniquely outstanding home in; “Washington: A Great Place to Live the collection of notable”
